I offer private pay therapy for adults who want support and also want to move forward in their lives.

I often work with people who are trying to make changes, figure things out, or build something in their lives and want support staying grounded and moving forward.

My Approach

I combine therapy with practical support.

We don’t just talk about what’s hard — we look at what’s getting in the way and how to move through it.

I use a mix of approaches, including tapping, CBT, and DBT strategies, to help reduce barriers and support forward movement.

Sessions may include identifying patterns, creating simple next steps, and building momentum over time. I also bring a background in case management, which means I can help with practical issues when needed — not just emotional support.
